REFUND POLICY
100% refund will only be made under the following conditions:

There is disparity between what was advertised and the true state of the item and such disparity was detected and communicated to us at the point of inspection.

There is a significant defect that was not stated in the description of the item and such defect was detected and communicated to us at the point of inspection.

The item owner is not available for pick up or becomes unreachable.

Please note: We operate a 72 hours pickup policy, where a buyer defaults in picking up purchased items within 72 hours, sellers reserves the right to sell items on other platforms, where this happens, buyer is entitled to 90% of total sum paid as a service charge of 10% will be deducted.

Where all these refund conditions have not been meant, a service charge of 10% will be deducted from the total sum paid and balance will be refunded to the buyer.
